EG Design Studio collects personal data at a single point on this site: the contact form, which is also used for requests and complaints. The fields requested are your name, your email address, your telephone number —which is optional— and your message. No further data is requested and none is collected automatically: this site carries no analytics, does not profile its visitors and loads no third-party resources, so your browsing is not reported to any other company. What you write in the form is stored in the studio's database and forwarded to the customer management system used by EG Design Studio. It is used solely to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. It is not sold, it is not passed on for commercial purposes and it is not used to send you advertising you have not asked for. Your IP address is used transiently and only to limit repeated submissions of the form. It is not stored. You may at any time ask what data of yours we hold, have it corrected or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the contact details shown at the foot of this site. STILL TO BE COMPLETED BY THE STUDIO: the registered company name and tax identification number of the data controller, how long messages are retained, the identity of the customer management system provider, and the procedure and time limits for handling requests for access, correction or deletion.
